As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, managing staff, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage and train a team of sales associates and cashiers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback,Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the Store Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role,Proven track record of managing a team effectively,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
