📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menu plans that align with the company's objectives and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Monitor food costs and implement strategies to control expenses.,Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and well-maintained.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Proven track record of successful kitchen management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
