📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of products.,Work closely with drivers to monitor their performance and ensure they adhere to safety and efficiency standards.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the logistics industry and best practices.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
