📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD and BIM 360
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project plans are precise and up-to-date
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, and sections
• Review and verify drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
• Provide technical support to the engineering team, offering solutions to complex design challenges
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your drawing skills
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in drafting or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM 360
• Strong understanding of construction principles and building codes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with other design software such as Revit or SketchUp is a plus
• Indonesian language proficiency, both written and spoken
