Site/Safety Supervisor

Gliderol Doors (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Site/Safety Supervisor to join our team in Bali. As a Site/Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction sites. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team of workers, and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

This is a full-time position located in various areas of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. The salary range for this role is IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazards.
• Train and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance on safety procedures and best practices.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records of safety data and incident reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Promote a positive and safety-conscious culture within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site/Safety Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and tools.
• Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
