📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Oversee the performance of the branch staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Represent the company at branch events and meetings, both internally and externally.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.,Ensure the branch meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with IT operations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
