📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in providing patient care and treatment.,Perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.,Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.,Assist in preparing and maintaining the nursing unit, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Support the nursing team in implementing infection control measures and maintaining a safe environment.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.,Assist in patient transportation and mobility as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as an Assistant Nurse or similar healthcare role is preferred.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Good physical health and fitness to perform nursing duties.,Professional and respectful demeanor towards patients and colleagues.
