As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlet and contributing to the overall success of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Support the Outlet Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
