You will use tools like SAP and QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, and you will be responsible for reconciling daily sales and collections. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest billing and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless billing processes.
• Use SAP and QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reconcile daily sales and collections.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and work towards timely collections.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve billing inquiries promptly.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality culture and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
