Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and job satisfaction.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company and the achievement of company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
