📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-maintained and organized.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and staff productivity.,Assist in planning and executing store events and promotions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
