📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage inventory levels, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Warehouse Manager.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and inventory.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
