📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menu.,Oversee the preparation of ingredients and garnishes.,Ensure that all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.,Keep detailed records of food inventories and usage.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
