📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.,Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the banquet are covered.,Train and mentor banquet staff to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Manage banquet inventory and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked and used efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service during banquet events.,Monitor banquet operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or catering services, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.,Strong knowledge of banquet operations, including menu planning, staff scheduling, and event coordination.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
