📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of retail and hospitality outlets in North Jakarta.
• Manage and develop a team of store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor store performance against set targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to the regional manager.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure that all outlets meet health and safety regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the regional manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail and hospitality operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
