📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial health.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
