KK Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance and accounting team in Canggu, Bali. As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end closing, financial statements, and tax filings.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Oversee the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices, and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and lead others.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
