📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products with high quality and consistency,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace,Train and mentor junior baristas to ensure high standards of service and product quality,Manage inventory and ensure that all supplies are well-stocked and organized,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner,Assist in the development and implementation of coffee and beverage recipes,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop,Uphold the company's values and standards of service and quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Excellent customer service and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 lbs,High school diploma or equivalent experience
