As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer complaints or concerns.,Drive sales growth by implementing marketing strategies, promoting specials and discounts, and upselling menu items.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms, to ensure a pleasant and professional environment for customers.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the restaurant's general manager to ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed and that the restaurant is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of restaurant staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
