📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage daily invoices, payments, and financial records for Horeca clients.
• Reconcile accounts daily to ensure accuracy and maintain financial records.
• Communicate with clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues in their financial records.
• Generate and submit monthly financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero for financial management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and financial best practices to enhance the financial management process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role, preferably in the Horeca industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in financial records.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and best practices in the Horeca industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
