📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, using industry-standard cleaning tools and products.
• Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are stocked and in good condition.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down event spaces, ensuring they are ready for guest use.
• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with requests and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the resort.
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety protocols and resort policies.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and butler teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for long periods.
• Passion for hospitality and a customer-centric approach.
