📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting and reconciliation
• Manage tax compliance and prepare annual tax filings
• Ensure accurate financial records and adherence to accounting standards
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the hospitality division
• Support the finance team in audit preparations and internal controls
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Certification in tax preparation or accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
