📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Ensure food safety and quality by following health and safety regulations.
• Assist in stock control and inventory management.
• Deliver excellent customer service by preparing and serving meals promptly and accurately.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets and meet customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on new products, menu items, and kitchen techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
