📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of building and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize project management software like Primavera P6 and AutoCAD for planning and design.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and implement sustainable and innovative solutions for our projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and engineering, with a proven track record in leading large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in sustainable and innovative construction practices is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
