As an Events & Lifestyle Manager at A Collectif Co., you will be the creative force behind our events and lifestyle initiatives. Your daily tasks will include conceptualizing and executing events that showcase our design and lifestyle offerings, collaborating with vendors and partners to bring our vision to life, and ensuring that every event we produce is a seamless blend of creativity and functionality. You will work closely with our team of designers, marketers, and operations staff to create experiences that captivate our audience and leave a lasting impression.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conceptualize and execute high-profile events that showcase our design and lifestyle offerings, including product launches, pop-ups, and experiential activations.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring that all events are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our events and drive attendance.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and media outlets, to build our brand's reputation and visibility.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in event planning and design to ensure that our events remain innovative and engaging.
• Lead a team of event coordinators and assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of all events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and execute high-profile events, including product launches, pop-ups, and experiential activations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and spatial experiences.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
