📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with national and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of our operations.
• Oversee the implementation of safety and environmental training programs for our workforce.
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and standards, and ensure that our operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with our operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our HSE program, and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
• Certification as a Professional HSE Practitioner (CHSE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of national and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in the use of HSE software and tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and other relevant HSE management systems.
