📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and resolve health insurance claims using Cigna's proprietary software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with members to gather necessary information and explain claim statuses.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including medical providers and financial departments, to expedite claim approvals.
• Conduct regular audits of claims data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve claims processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in claims processing or a similar role in the insurance or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of health insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
